Balsamic Marinade

I use this marinade for EVERYTHING!  I keep a jar of it and use it to marinade all meats, even fish...use it as a dressing base, BBQ sauce base...everything!  It even makes grilled salmon taste smoked!   You can always take out the honey for a more tangy mix or amp up the pepper & spices for a more smokey base!  Regardless this is probably the biggest staple in my cooking because of how much I use it and the versatility.

Marinade
1/4 cup honey
1/3 balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
