Tips & Tricks



Herbs - Chopping herbs can get messy!  They always stick to my hands and end up all over the kitchen.  For a quick and easy way to chop herbs, use a pizza cutter!  Great for Parsley!!!

Chipotle in Adobo - I love this stuff in smokey recipes, use it all the time for my smokey slaw, but only in tiny bits.  I used to waste a can or try to make everything that I used it in, all in one week.  No more!  Open the can and empty it into a freezer safe Ziploc bag, lay it flat and seal it up.  Freeze.  Then you can break off a small piece whenever you need and toss it into a dish to thaw!  Perfect!
