Veggie/Egg Muffins w/ salsa - this week I am using sausage crumbles, leftover asparagus & mushrooms & Roma tomatoes
Almond, Pumpkin, Mango, Turmeric, Spinach Smoothie as alternative for me
Greek Yogurt w/ Granola, berries, cantaloupe, banana, sausage/cheese muffins (made ahead), & Paleo Pumpkin Bars
Lunch
Adults: THE Lunch Salad
Kids:
- Proteins - Tuna sandwiches, turkey/cheese roll ups, boiled eggs, ham
- Fruits - grapes, apples w/ almond butter, veggie mash-ups, clementines
- Veggie - olives, pickles, carrots, broccoli (greek yogurt dip), green bean chips, veggie chips
- Treats - yogurt pretzels, trail mix, yogurt raisins, fig bars
Afternoon Snack - kids
Frozen Kefir / fruit smoothie - trying to kick up their probiotics as we move into Fall!
- Frozen blueberry, mango, peach, berry blend, banana, pumpkin blended with Almond Milk & Kefir
- Gluten Free Ginger Snaps
- Coconut Milk Pumpkin Ice Cream
Dinner
- Flounder & Ground Beef Tacos w/ Smokey Slaw
- Turkey Meatloaf with Green Peas & Roasted Butternut Squash
- "Pasta" Primavera w/ Chicken (or Shrimp)
- Eggplant Pizzas
- Southwestern Turkey Burgers w/ Smokey Cilantro Cauliflower Rice
- Creamy Macadamia Shrimp over Zucchini Noodles
