What you need...
cauliflower rice
1/4 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
1 tablespoon butter or ghee
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup broccoli slaw
Add butter, onion and garlic to a sautΓ© pan and turn to medium heat. Allow to cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the butter has gently melted and the onions have began to become translucent. Add broccoli florets and broccoli slaw, cook 2 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 2 minutes tossing until warm and mixed well. Serve

I made this last night and AGAIN tonight. A new favorite of mine, SO GOOD!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! It's really versatile too! You can add some carrots, mushrooms....really anything you have on hand that needs to be used up!!!
