Perfect Chicken EVERY TIME!!!!




Marinade
1-2 tbsps. honey
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (I use a little Bragg's ACV for all it's health benefits - post coming soon!)
1/2+ cup dijon mustard (use more to thicken it up, I make it thick for BBQ)
1 tbsp. olive oil
cayenne pepper or ancho chili powder (optional)


Add the ingredients to a jar with a lid!  Shake until well combined!  Add more dijon for a thicker sauce if you like!  Marinade for as little or as long as you can!  If I am short on time I have let it sit for as little as 30 minutes; It's still good!  Ideally, I pour it over the meat and refrigerate over night or for the day and grill up in the evening!


To Bake, turn over to 400F place marinaded chicken into an oven safe dish and bake for 30-45 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 165F!

To Grill, turn a clean grill to high heat, place meat on the grill for about 2-3 minutes per side to get a good char on the outside, then turn the grill down to medium/low and allow to cook through until meat thermometer registers 165F, turning once!

Transfer to a dish and bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until a thermometer reaches 165F!

OR grill it up!  High heat for a sear on both sides, then turn down to medium/low and cook until it reaches 165f!
