Slowcooker Chicken Fajitas
3 chicken breast on the bottom
sprinkled with 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1/2 tsp chipotle season
1 onion sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 pint mushrooms, wiped clean and sliced

Turn to High for about 3-3.5 hours. Using tongs scoop out cooked veggies into container, then grab chicken and shred with tongs. Add to GF, Low Carb tortillas or Lettuce wraps with salsa, sliced avocado, and a touch of greek yogurt! Boom!
