🍎Apple Cider Vinegar has so many amazing health benefits and uses, but you need the good stuff, the Raw & Unfiltered kind! Not only does it naturally help to reduce blood sugar, but this can trigger your body to burn πŸ”₯more fat and raise your metabolism...and it can be used as a lovely toner for your skin because of it's detoxification and natural antibacterial properties! Cool, right?
πŸ€”So...do you just drink it? How do you get more of this into your regular diet?
πŸ‹I love warm apple cider vinegar, lemon, honey water in the morning and sometimes as a pick me up in the afternoon!  πŸ―I like to bring a mug along for car-line pick up, knowing that the sit in the car slows me down and I will need all the energy I can find for post pick-up/homework! πŸ“š (add 1 tsp. to boiling water + 1tsp. honey and the fresh juice from half a lemon - ginger/cayenne optional)

πŸ₯—I used it in ALL of my salad dressings and marinades! It gives wonderful tang and flavor to any salad!

πŸ₯—One of my favorite ways to use it is to cut a store bought salad dressing! Look for one that has good, clean ingredients first...no added sugar and as short a list of ingredients as possible! Then I add my salad to a container with a lid, add 1 tbsp. dressing + 1 tbsp. ACV, close lid and shake! This gives you the ACV benefits, cuts down on the dressing and gets that whole salad evenly coated with yumminess! πŸ˜‰

πŸ₯˜Deglaze your pan while sautΓ©ing meat or veggies!
