Sweet Potato Flag Toast

Breakfast is ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Sweet Potato ๐Ÿ  Toast with Coconut Almond Butter + Strawberries ๐Ÿ“ + Banana ๐ŸŒ + Blueberries

Delicious!!! The options are ENDLESS! Sweet, Savory, Spicy! My Brain Oven is on overload with ideas right now!!!! 
.
For this one, I peeled a couple sweet potatoes then sliced into 3/4" slices and baked on a baking sheet at 435F for about 10 minutes, then flipped and baked for 10-15 more minutes, until they are crusty on the outside and softened in the middle. Then I cooled completely and stored in a sealed container in the fridge! 
.
๐Ÿ‘‰This am, I reheated 2 on a baking sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, then topped with my nut butter and fruit!  Stay tuned for tomorrow! ๐Ÿ˜œ
