Mango Strawberry Banana Probiotic "Milkshake"

It's that time of the year again!  Colder temperatures and the germs they are a brewin'!!!  Over half of the girls' class has been out with the flu over the last couple of weeks, 2 of mine included!  We haven't been sick in SOOO long!  I really think that pushing lots of healthy food along with lots of probiotic "milkshakes" are helping us!  Not saying it's foolproof, especially since one of mine has a little pesky cough at the moment, but we have been FAR less sicky than any year in the past!  Plus...that face...you can tell they LOVE them!

Just because it's good for you, doesn't mean it has to taste bad!

What you need...
2 cups kefir pourable
1 container frozen kefir, mango or pomegranate
1 banana
or you can sub strawberries

Put all in blender and blend until smooth! Yield - 4 small smoothies or 2 large!

What you need...(they were too cute to crop out!)

Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth!

Don't touch her smoothie!

Milk Mustaches are the BEST!!!

  1. If you suffer from seasonal allergies and you’re dependent on antihistamines for their management, probiotics could offer a viable and natural alternative.

Boost your intake of probiotics-rich foods. In addition, you may want to try a good supplement. Choose a product featuring bacteria that have a positive impact on the immune response and that reduce the size of pathogen colonies in the gut.

Remember that probiotic strains aren’t created equal and each bacteria has a specific function. this probiotic america review
